Inspirational Metal Posters

Quote posters, done with more restraint than the genre usually manages. Chiselled type over cold blue, a fist in cinematic half-light, boots on a summit, a dancer caught mid-move, a camera with the line about focusing on the good times. The words come from a mix of the famous and the anonymous, and the design does the work rather than the sentiment. These belong in a gym, a study or an office — somewhere a bit of directness is useful in the morning. Metal suits them because the type stays sharp at any size and the surface has none of the softness that makes motivational work look cheap on canvas. The trade is a real one — an inspirational quote print only works when the typography carries it — and held to that standard, motivational wall art makes for markedly better office wall decor than its reputation suggests.
